How do I create an account?  

You can create an account on our website by clicking the account icon on the top right of the page and put all the details on the page that pops up.  

What are the shipping charges and/or are there any additional charges? 

We offer free shipping on orders over £60 and under that there is a £7 shipping fee.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

No, at the moment we do not accept Cash on Delivery. 

Can I cancel an order? 

Yes, you may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Please go through the policies.

Can I change the shipping address of the order? 

You can change the shipping address before your order is shipped. This could be done by contacting our customer support with your order details. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to change any details. 

Can I return a product? 

We have 30-days Return Policy, returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. Please check the policies.

What is the difference between Small and Medium Size? 

The circumference of the hat changes in both the sizes, please check the Size Chart before placing your order. 

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order? 

No, there’s no limit. Each order is verified with you via email/telephone in order to ensure your security and confirmation. 

What if I am not available when you deliver the order? 

In case of any online order, three attempts will be made and failure to which, the product will return to its origin. You will get a tracking link with all details once the order is shipped.

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition? 

If you notice that your product is damaged, please contact our team immediately and we will take care of It. 

What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered? 

If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and we will take care of it.
